Hello!
My name is Megan Indvik. I started Verve to fill a hole for small businesses and organizations in need of marketing and branding solutions without the large expense of adding a full-time marketing professional to their team. Verve pairs what you want with what you need: a marketing professional to help you strategize, execute, and deliver results at a more palatable cost for your business. At the end of the day, it's all about the bottom line and your marketing plan needs to support the bottom line, not take away from it.
My background is in marketing for a multi-unit restaurant company. I spent 10 years strategizing, developing, and implementing marketing strategies for 20+ fast-food and fast-casual restaurants in North Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Missouri, and Illinois. Not only did I manage the marketing for these restaurants, I was the Vice President of the company. This gives me the unique perspective of seeing your organization as a whole and not just through the lens of the marketing department. Let's face it... sometimes operations and marketing are not in alignment. I recognize the significance of getting these departments working together while keeping that finance department happy by staying on budget.
